  1. Hey maxfalkowitz: your seriouseats Strawberry Sorbet recipe is awesome. Thanks! I think I might have made it a little better by adding 2.5g/L of pectic enzyme to the purée, chilling overnight before freezing. Much less sticky/gummy than last time. Thoughts? /cc kenjilopezalt
