  1. Newly-remote workers: lighting matters. Avoid all fluorescents and flicker. After years of refinement, I have: Hue bulb lamp on my desk, Hue bulb floor (ceiling projected) lamp behind me, and Hue Play behind my monitor. Bright & cold in the morning, fade to warm & dim at night.
