jperras grhmc Yeah. “Sourdough biscuits” makes it sound like you’re actually rising them with the starter (effectively feeding it with the recipe’s flour). I see what they did and why, though. Makes sense. If you remove the baking powder and add time, you have english muffins (almost). (-:On twitter.com
