ramsey grhmc wezfurlong I’m certainly no Composer expert (especially on Windows), but Composer cache directory found at C:/Users/runneradmin/AppData/Local/Composer hints that this might be cache left over from another run? Would --no-cache or run-specific COMPOSER_CACHE_DIR help?
