    andriesss I’ve made it with kriek before, but only the traditional (dry, “oude”) type, not the backsweetened mass-market stuff that almost killed Lambic. I’d probably use Boon Oude Kriek, since we can actually buy that here now. It’s good that way (lots of lactic acid; skip the vinegar).
