  1. I’ve been thinking about this more. The real problem is not so much that the standard *can* be relaxed (such as with json5 or with hjson, etc.), it’s that the tooling that already uses strict JSON doesn’t support it. e.g. CloudFormation, IAM policy documents, OpenAPI JSON… coates/1344397533712408576
