    reneritchie Yes, I think so. The real problem is that they’re measuring wrong, in my opinion. Maybe intentionally to push the “schools at all costs” agenda, but Hanlon would suggest they’re just bad at governing. You’re right: this isn’t new anymore. They’ve had time and they wasted it.
