Any experienced opinions on ngircd vs InspIRCd vs Oragono? Small scale use (<20 clients for now at least), no links. No services needed. Most clients are on IRCCloud or use it as a bouncer. Would like to run it on a low port, with TLS, and drop privileges once started.
