  1. I’m trying to stop saying “technical debt” and start saying “complexity debt” because that’s a much more descriptive term. This kind of debt affects business, morale, projections… It’s often not purely technical in either origin or function.

      This is but one useful bit I’ve picked up from The Unicorn Project, which is a great read so far (I think it’s fine to skip The Phoenix Project if you aren’t purely “in IT"). Thanks to zaherg for the suggestion in grmpyprogrammer’s thread a few months back.
