EliW ramsey editingemily Back home (Atlantic Canada), we had lasagna with cottage cheese. Back then, it was certainly harder to get some items. And even if it was available, it would have been much more expensive. I’m not sure I ever really had ricotta before I was 20+ (and lived in Montreal).
