  1. It’s Friday: DdC Solstice d’Hiver mini-vertical (but a little horizontal) time. 2012 (filled last week), 2015, 2015 bourbon, 2020 bourbon. I think the 2012 is the winner for me, but I’m a sucker for aged barleywine.
