  1. I really *want* AWS App Runner to be what it claims to be, but… anyone else noticing particularly rough edges? My app failed to create, and there doesn’t seem to be any reason why in the Console (including logs), nor a way to retry… Maybe it’s me, but this is unpleasant.

      It’s pretty hard for me to devote actual time and trust to a service that won’t even tell me what failed. Things fail all the time and often the only recourse we have is finding out *why*.

        I see. It’s complaining about not being able to find apprunner.yaml (I had apprunner.yml), so this is indeed my fault. Owning my mistake here. I noticed when the console tried to link to bullet.yaml which… doesn’t… exist?

        I also can’t figure out how it wants me to trick the IAM console into creating a role that App Runner will recognize, because App Runner isn’t in the IAM “Use Case” list (yet?). I tried EC2; no luck. …and this isn’t my first rodeo in AWS/IAM consoles.
