    jperras tracymakes FWIW, the amount of salt in salted butter is not nearly as much as what was traditionally present when many baking recipes were developed, so it matters a whole lot less (and yes, salt your baked goods, friends). According to this at least: youtube.com/watch?v=kP1BHrvYopI
