Honest question: what’s to stop someone from guessing Bitcoin private (wallet) keys—not factoring, but just guessing random numbers—and running into existing wallets? Is it just the vast sparsity of the keyspace? Finding a matching key is hard, but an arbitrary one… less hard?On twitter.com
