preinheimer I use the under-tongue kind so it (at least theoretically) can bypass the blood-brain barrier, and can start working in 10-15 mins (sometimes). I find it wears off after 90-120 mins for me (so, safe to take at e.g. 4AM). I’m sure everyone is different, though.
