    1. AWS and others reporting that the problem is limited to the Management Console, but if that’s true, this is one *heck* of a coincidence (CloudWatch Logs giving 500-class errors for the past hour+). My guess: it’s (again) an interdependent service failure, like Kinesis Firehose.

    As expected, the Status page is now reporting additional service “error rates”. Downtime is much more forgivable when they’re honest with us.
