Here are the only two fundamental rules about pronouncing made-up terms: 1) the person who coined the term gets to decide how it’s pronounced 2) if another pronunciation becomes “popular enough”, it’s fine but doesn’t make point 1 irrelevant or the creator’s choice somehow wrong
