    1. Is there a way to get VSCode in github Codespaces to show the app context menu without actually using right click? Firefox (at least with my config?) shows the browser context menu, and I had to guess this is what was happening before trying Chrome.

    FWIW, I just discovered that I can option-right-click in Firefox to get the app context menu, here.
