    ofcAnthony Much more dense than yorkshire puddings (and no eggs). Dough instead of batter, too. The fat is solid before cooking, for texture (like a pie crust, but… much wetter and doughier). I use butter for flavour, but other solid fats (lard, shortening) work, too.
