    grhmc It’s ~10% salt in the concentrated base. Salt is 100% salt in the concentrated crystal form! (-; I think it’s really worth using bouillon vs. salted water when you’re making something like risotto (where most of the water evaporates out), or where you’d want “soup”-like food.
