jperras I don't think you're totally wrong, but as the owner of a high-end gas stove, it seems to me: 1) not all gas ranges are created the same and 2) the (indoor) infrared gas grill greatly improves wintertime quality of life Induction's certainly more efficient for boiling, mind.On twitter.com
